Buying and Selling
All transactions are binding contracts between buyers and sellers. Sellers must accurately describe their items and deliver them as described. Buyers must complete payment within the specified timeframe. BidMyCards acts as a marketplace platform and is not directly involved in transactions between users.
Fees and Payments
BidMyCards may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Payments must be made through approved payment methods. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with notice to users.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in fraudulent activities, manipulate auctions, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
